Hi, I'm Rachel (she/her). I provide coaching and counselling sessions through a variety of modalities that stem from a client-centred and holistic framework. My focuses include pattern shifting, boundary setting, emotional processing, family dynamics, non-violent communication support and many more.

Specializations
Anxiety
Involves a persistent feeling of fear, dread and uneasiness which can interfere with daily life. People with anxiety experience frequent anxiety for months or years.
Trauma
Long-term emotional response that is often impacted from experiencing distressing event. Traumatic experiences can impair someone’s sense of safety, sense of self and ability to regulate emotions.
Depression
A mood disorder that affects the way someone thinks, feels and behaves. It causes persistent feelings of sadness and loss of interest. It may become difficult to manage daily activities.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
This can develop after witnessing or experiencing a frightening or distressing event. A person experiencing PTSD may have flashbacks, nightmares, depression and severe anxiety.
Pattern Change
Allows space to explore automatic reactions and behaviours to bring intentionality and choice to daily practices and align yourself with how you want to show up in the world.
Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD)
It is described as an enhanced version of PTSD, with three additional symptoms which are: difficulty controlling intense emotions, feelings of worthlessness and difficulty connecting to other people.
